Katheryn Keller, a Brooklyn resident, wears fake makeup of bruises on her face. She wears an outfit of the State of Liberty in a Black Lives Matter march across Brooklyn Bridge going to Manhattan.
She said there has been an increase in police presence near her home adjacent to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. She said several cops are not wearing face masks.
